He was in no way willing to let Shraddha be friends with other people.

In such a situation, Aftab killed Shraddha in a fit of rage. Joint CP Meenu Chowdhary told that earlier a case was registered in the Shraddha murder case under section 365 of the IPC but later it was changed. Section 302 was also added to it.

According to the information, the Delhi Police wrote in the charge sheet that in Chhatarpur, the police found pieces of Shraddha’s dead body. Scientific method was used in the investigation. Police has also included this as evidence by tracking social media, GPS location. Delhi Police has filed a total of 6000 pages of charge sheet in this famous and shocking murder case.

It was written in this charge sheet that no single weapon was used in the murder of Shraddha. Many weapons have been used in this murder. Delhi Police has recovered some weapons in the investigation. Delhi Police has recorded statements of more than 150 people, who have also been mentioned in the charge sheet.

According to the information, the Delhi Police has filed the charge sheet in the Shraddha murder case after a complete 75 days. Police has also mentioned the report of narco test, polygraph test of accused Aftab in this case. The charge sheet has been prepared only after the results of all these tests are out. In this case, the Saket court will now take cognizance of the charge sheet on February 7.
