The Delhi Traffic Police tweeted on Tuesday evening that due to the Delhi High Court Bar Association elections, heavy traffic jams will be seen on Sept. 28 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. In such situation, people are requested to avoid the roads below before leaving the house.
