Redmi Book Pro 14 Ryzen Edition and Redmi Book Pro 15 Ryzen Edition launched, price announced

Redmi Book Pro 14 Ryzen Edition and Redmi Book Pro 15 Ryzen Edition have been launched in China. Let us tell you that the company had launched RedmiBook Pro 14 and RedmiBook Pro 15 laptops earlier in February. As the name suggests, in these two laptops the company has given AMD Ryzen processors instead of Intel chipsets. In terms of specifications, both laptops are similar to the previous models, although there are some changes aside from the processor. As a reminder, the Redmi Book Pro 14 and Redmi Book Pro 15 were powered by 11th generation Intel Core i5-11300H and Core i7-11370H processors. But in the new models there are not two but four AMD processors.

The AMD Ryzen 5 5500U of the RedmiBook Pro 14 Ryzen Edition costs 4,299 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 48,834), while the AMD Ryzen 7 5700U variant costs 4,699 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 53,000). On the other hand, the AMD Ryzen 5 5600H of the RedmiBook Pro 15 Ryzen Edition costs 4,799 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 54,577), while the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H variant costs 5,299 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 60,241).

The Redmi Book Pro 15 Ryzen Edition laptop has a 90Hz 3.2K (3,200×2,000 pixels) display and has a screen size of 15.6 inches. The laptop comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 89.1 percent and DC dimming.

Redmi Book Pro 14/15 Ryzen Edition laptops are equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor, coupled with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD storage. For connectivity, these are Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, 2 x USB-C port, 1 x USB 2.0 port, 1 x USB 3.2 port, 3.5mm audio jack and HDMI output.

The RedmiBook Pro 14 Ryzen Edition has a 56Wh battery, which is claimed to provide up to 12 hours of backup on a single charge. The laptop comes with a 65W USB Type-C power adapter. The dimensions are 315.6×220.4×17.25 mm and weigh 1.46 kg. On the other hand, the RedmiBook Pro 15 Ryzen Edition gets a 70Wh battery, which is claimed to give up to 12 hours of backup on a single charge. The laptop comes with a 100W USB Type-C power adapter. The dimensions are 350.1×242.3×17.9 mm and weigh 1.79 kg.
