Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, said on Wednesday that a memorial dedicated to Hinduism and the memories of great leaders associated with the Ram Janmabhoomi movement will be cherished in the near future. At the inauguration ceremony of the Lata Mangeshkar monument, the Chief Minister said that whoever contributes to Ram’s cause, his memory will be cherished in Ayodhya. He said that within a year they would beautify all the squares of Ayodhya and be named after Maharishi Vashistha, Ramanujacharya, Goswami Tulsidas etc. He said that not only this, intersections would also be named after the great men involved in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Movement.

On the occasion of Lata Mangeshkar’s 93rd birthday, Prime Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister of Culture and Tourism G. Kishan Reddy inaugurated Smriti Chowk on Wednesday. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the sense of gratitude towards the work has been incorporated into our Sanatan culture and tradition. He said that Lata ji is the pride to sing most of the hymns of Lord Shri Ram, so today this square is decorated as a token of gratitude to Lata ji with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Adityanath reiterated his commitment to the holistic development of Ayodhya and said that Lata Chowk today is just a beginning, in the coming days Ayodhya will reach its magnificence of Tretayuga and it will be one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The Chief Minister said that after the revival of Shrikashi Vishwanath Dham, this time a crore devotee visited Baba in the month of Shravan. He said that in the same way the development of Maa Vindhyavasini complex is also taking place, Naimisharanya will also be renovated. Yogi Adityanath said that these development plans also become the medium of employment generation, the direct benefit of which will be given to our youth. According to him, the dual engine government works for the benefit of all, but no work can be completed without public cooperation. The Chief Minister stressed the need for the residents of Ayodhya to be zealous for cleanliness and also promised to light a lamp in every house of Ayodhya in the coming Deepotsav. On the occasion, a recorded message from Prime Minister Narendra Modi was played.
