London | Actress Jamie Lee Curtis had some dark secrets to share on Monday’s BAFTA awards ceremony stage. Jamie had some insider information for ‘all the visitors’ before Charlotte Wells was handed the trophy for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer for ‘Afterson’ as she has been in showbiz for ‘quite a long time’.
“All the showbiz people are on a WhatsApp group that’s admined by Emma Thompson,” the ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ actress told the stage.
However, she also had a piece of advice for ‘newcomers’ wanting to join the WhatsApp group, “Don’t post too much, otherwise Emma Thompson will kick you out of the group.”
Another revelation involves a Netflix account, which is a common use. “Everyone in showbiz uses a common Netflix account,” Curtis said, whose password she said was ‘underscore patrick underscore’ before muting to hide the last bit.
