Khuba, who is also responsible to the Minister of State for Chemistry and Fertilizers, said: “The central government has set itself the goal of making the country zero carbon emissions in the coming years. Industries take their responsibility just as efficiently. We will certainly reach the target soon. The government is taking measures to increase the production of green hydrogen and this sector is expected to gain momentum with the support of industrialists. More than 500 companies display more than 750 products related to the sector in the three-day renewable energy exhibition.

Yogesh Mudrasane, Managing Director, Informa Markets in India, which hosted the exhibition, said: “India is the fourth largest country in the world in terms of installed renewable energy capacity. The country has the fastest growth rate of renewable energy capacity in the world. It could grow the country’s economy by 4.7 percent and create 20 million jobs by 2032.” It also includes representatives from several countries, including Canada, Belgium and Germany.
